Our History

Our Journey of Growth & Expertise

2003

Founded as a key casting supplier for the Suzhou Keboer Machine Tool Group, establishing our deep expertise in high-tolerance castings for precision machinery.

2019

Embarked on a new chapter with a significant investment in our state-of-the-art iron casting factory in China, located in Ningguo, Anhui. This facility was purpose-built for high-capacity, high-efficiency production to serve our growing global clientele.

2021

Phase I of the Anhui Ningguo Kebor facility is now complete, equipped with 3 resin sand molding lines, 50 shell sand molding units, and 60 machining sets, providing comprehensive services for mechanical components.

2025

The construction of the Phase III main office building and workshops has been commenced. Upon completion, the facility will feature a new office building and laboratory, along with two modern machining workshops.

For Large-Scale & Heavy-Duty Castings

Our Resin Sand process is ideal for producing large, heavy, and structurally demanding castings. Using robust metal or wood patterns, High-strength sand shell, with a smaller draft angle,24 to 72 hours of insulation time.this process provides a cost-effective solution for low-to-medium volume production runs where structural integrity is paramount.

Best For: Low-to-medium volume (tens to hundreds annually)

Coated Sand Process

For High-Precision & High-Volume Components

When precision and surface finish are critical, our Coated Sand process delivers exceptional results. Using high-precision, long-life iron molds (100,000+ uses), By using the core shooter, we can produce more precise sand molds with a smaller draft angle.we achieve accuracy errors within 0.5mm, the surface roughness reaches Ra25.making it perfect for complex parts in high-volume production.

Raw Material Verification

Quality begins with certified raw materials. Every batch of pig iron, scrap steel, and alloys is verified by our in-house spectrometer before it is accepted into our inventory, ensuring the correct chemical composition from the very start.

In-Process Control

We continuously monitor key process parameters, including sand properties and melt chemistry, to ensure consistency from the first casting to the last.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

To guarantee internal soundness, we utilize a suite of NDT methods, including X-ray, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Magnetic Particle Inspection, to detect any subsurface imperfections

Raw Material Verification

Final inspection is performed using state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). For complex geometries, we provide iron castings with 3D scanning inspection to generate comprehensive reports, ensuring every dimension conforms precisely to your engineering drawings.
