As a leading gray iron foundry, we offer two distinct gray iron sand casting processes. This allows us to select the optimal production method based on your part's size, complexity, and precision requirements.

Resin Sand Casting

Best For:Large, heavy, and complex components.

Weight Range:50 kg – 10,000 kg

Key Features:Utilizes wood or metal patterns and a resin-bonded sand mold. Ideal for producing massive, single-piece castings like machine bases and large frames where maximum stability is critical.

Best For:Small to medium-sized parts requiring high precision and superior surface finish.

Weight Range:Up to 1,000 kg

Key Features:Uses a heated metal pattern to form a thin, rigid sand shell. Delivers excellent dimensional accuracy (within 0.5 mm), a fine surface finish, and is highly suitable for higher volume production runs.
