Professional machining solutions tailored to your requirements

kbrkbr

CNC milling services

Using customer-provided drawings or 3D models, we machine custom non-standard parts on demand with CNC machining centers. Services include milling, drilling, and tapping, and are suitable for the manufacturing of mechanical parts, mold components, and automation parts.

kbrkbr

CNC turning services

Using CNC lathes and turning centers, we provide batch and custom machining for shafts, bushings, and other rotational parts. Services include OD/ID turning, facing, grooving, threading, as well as necessary inspection and surface treatment, suitable for mechanical parts manufacturing.

kbrkbr

Heat treatment and inspection services

We provide quenching heat treatment and precision inspection for workpieces, along with integrated testing services covering hardness, metallography, dimensional deformation, and mechanical properties. The results are verified using Shore and Brinell hardness testing, ensuring traceable heat treatment quality and stable, reliable performance.

Keboer:CNC Machining Capabilities

Equipment listKBR Machining CapabilitiesApplications and Engineering

Vertical machining center (VMC)

Maximum machining workpiece size: 2 m (L) × 2 m (W)

Suitable for machining plate-type parts, housings, molds, and complex components, and widely used in machinery manufacturing, mold making, automotive, and 3C (computer, communication, and consumer electronics) industries.

Horizontal machining center (HMC)

Maximum machining workpiece size: 2 m (L) × 2 m (W)

Used for machining box-type and housing-type parts as well as complex components, such as automotive engine blocks, transmission housings, hydraulic valve bodies, and machine tool beds.

Gantry machining center (CNC)

Maximum workpiece size: 5 m (L) × 3 m (W) × 1 m (H)

Applied in mold manufacturing, machinery and equipment, automotive and rail transit, shipbuilding, wind power, and aerospace industries.

Grinding machine

High-precision workpiece machining

Capable of machining the outer diameter, inner bore, flat surfaces, and gear surfaces of hardened steel and other high-hardness materials. It is widely used for molds, precision components, gauges, and shaft parts.

CNC lathe

High-precision workpiece machining

Capable of machining steel, cast iron, and various other materials, and used for rough machining of shaft, bushing, and disk-type parts.

Quenching equipment

heat treatment

Our Production process

6 core steps of our machining services

01

Drawing confirmation

Check engineering drawings and 3D models for dimensions, tolerances, material, heat/surface treatment, notes, quantities, and revision numbers to ensure completeness and avoid misunderstandings and rework.

Pattern & Mold Making@1x.webp
02

Casting forming

After the metal is heated and melted, it is poured into a prepared mold (such as a sand mold or metal mold). Through filling, solidification, and cooling, metal blanks or parts with the required shape and dimensions are obtained.

03

Rough machining

Using machining centers to carry out the initial machining stage with lower accuracy requirements, heavy cutting, and high efficiency, leaving uniform allowances and reasonable shapes for subsequent semi-finishing and finishing.

04

Aging treatment

A heat treatment process that changes the internal structure of the workpiece to stabilize dimensions, relieve or reduce internal stress, increase strength and hardness, and improve overall mechanical properties.

05

Finishing

Using advanced 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers, we perform fine milling, precision turning, grinding, honing, lapping, and surface finishing to achieve the required dimensional accuracy, geometric tolerances, and surface roughness, meeting final delivery standards.

06

Inspection

For custom parts with tight tolerances, each finished piece undergoes strict final inspection before shipment, including 3D scanning and ultrasonic testing, to ensure it meets all customer-specified requirements.
